The company STASINOS ILIAS & Co. EE - Villa Agno reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its electronic shop. The company STASINOS ILIAS & Co. EE - Villa Agno undertakes to inform the users about any modifications and any changes through the website of this e-shop. It is clarified that the change of terms does not take over bookings you have already made.

What is the booking process ? 

 

The booking process is automated and is easy, fast and secure through our website. You should choose the villa and the days of your stay, as well as fill in any other information you request or requests you wish to make known to us. In order to proceed with booking you must read and confirm the booking conditions. You will also have to pay an amount equal to 25% of the total cost of accommodation as a down payment** in one of the proposed ways of payment. You will then receive an official confirmation of your reservation via e-mail. In order to complete your reservation, you must pay the total amount of your stay 45 days before the expected arrival date, otherwise your reservation will be deemed canceled.

  ** The amount to be paid in advance for your reservation may vary depending on the offer you choose and will be promptly notified to the special booking conditions.

 

Can i cancel my reservation ? 

 

 

If you wish to cancel your reservation up to 45 days before your expected arrival, then the deposit will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation after 45 days or if you do not appear for the reception of the villa, then the entire amount of the reservation will not be refunded to you.

And do not worry: If you can not come in for force majeure, we are giving you the option to transfer your reservation with all the gifts to another friend or relative after consultation with us.

What is the warranty? When is it returned ? 

 

First of all, it is our policy do not ask a guarantee from our guests and for this is not being asked by us. However, the payment of a guarantee at any time lies in our discretionary choice if the circumstances require it. The amount of the guarantee will be refunded immediately upon departure if no damage is found on the property. If the cost of the damage is greater than the amount of the guarantee we will require full coverage.

 

How can I pay ?

Is it safe to use my credit card ? 

 

 

Of course it is safe. We consider your security as our top priority. What period are available for renting your villa ? 

 

 

You can book in our villa during the whole year.

 

 

How many days can i rent a villa ? 

 

 

Our villa is available to rent it for as many nights as you like. Exceptionally, for the period from 1 June to 30 September, the minimum is 3 overnight stays. Also in some special cases and our offerings may also be available for minimum 6 overnight stays. Please always check the minimum rental period of the villa as it will appear in the special terms or ask us for confirmation.

 

How much will it cost me to rent your villa ? 

 

 

On our website you will find accurate information about our benefits, the people we can accommodate, our offers & our prices that vary depending on the period you are interested in visiting us. We leave you the choice to find the matching package that suits you.

 

What does the price of the villa include ? 

 

 

The price includes your rental fee for the villa, the electricity and water you will consume, the cost of air conditioning (heating and cooling), the use of the wifi wireless network, the parking, the cleanliness of the space, bed linen and towels bathroom, hygiene and personal cleanliness, discounts, extras & gifts, according to the terms of each offer and agreement per villa. Our villa feature complete eco-friendly equipment and a set of dishes. All legal taxes are inclusive without hidden costs.

 

What equipment do the villa has ? 

 

 

The villa is fully equipped with electrical appliances for meals, cleaning and personal care, furniture, decorations, paintings, dinner sets, serving dishes, bed linen, towels and everything you need to feel at home. For more detailed information, please see the page of each villa, detailing its equipment.

 

Is breakfast or other meals available ? 

 

 

Prices do not include breakfast or other meals unless this is explicitly stated in our offer you choose. Full kitchen facilities are available to prepare your meals if you wish. Alternatively and on request, we can provide catering or chefs and cooks to cover any gastronomic desire (ask us for the extra cost).

 

When the villa is cleaned ? 

 

 

Our villa will be delivered to you clean. Our staff will clean the villa every day (wiping, mopping, garbage picking and bedding at your convenience if you wish), will refresh your personal hygiene and personal care, change your face and bath towels daily. Linen and bathrobes will change every 3 days. We can offer you additional cleaning services as required, on request, at an extra cost.

 

Do laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services are available? 

 

 

Our villa has the appropriate home appliances for you to use. Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services are available upon request, at an additional cost.

 

How many people can accommodate your villa and what does it apply to children up to 12 years of age? 

 

 

Our villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Your children are welcome. In addition to 6 people, up to 2 children up to 12 years of age can be accommodated free of charge as long as they share the same bed with their parents.

 

Pets allowed in the villa ? 

 

 

No pets allowed.

 

How do I get to Arcadia ? 

 

 

By car, by road starting from anywhere. Also by plane or by boat from the nearby town of Kalamata or Athens or Patras you can visit our area and the choices are numerous, especially in the summer.

The coastal connection of Arcadia is mainly from Kalamata, Killini, Katakolo, Patras & Piraeus and then by road.

There is a regular air connection from abroad to Athens all year round, as well as many regular flights and charter flights from abroad mainly during the summer months with Kalamata (charter flights from/to Kalamata from March 1 to November 30).

How do i come to your villa ? 

 

 

Once your accommodation is confirmed, we will send you detailed information about your villa and your stay there as well as instructions on how to get there. The instructions will include the name and phone number of the person who will deliver the villa. He will contact you in time to welcome you.

 

Is transfer included in price ? 

 

 

Your transportation to and from our villa in our most offers is included in the price only from the airport or port of Kalamata unless otherwise stated in the offer you have chosen. We would be happy to organize your transfer, by any means of transport and from anywhere in Greece, if you have informed us in time that you wish.

 

 

What are the times of arrival and departure ? 

 

 

Our villa will be available for check-in from 15:00 on your arrival day. To better organize your arrival, please let us know what time you will arrive at.

Check-out departure time from the property is until 12:00 to be cleaned and delivered to the next guests. If you wish to stay longer hours / days, it is necessary to inform you in advance and is subject to availability and extra charge.

 

Who will i contact for anything i need or arise ? 

 

 

Our people will be at your disposal to solve any matter that arises 24 hours a day. You will be able to speak directly with the person responsible for your needs or by telephone or by sms or e-mail.

 

 

Smoking allowed in villa ? 

 

 

Smoking is not allowed in the indoors common areas and in the rooms of the villa. You can only smoke in the outdoors common areas of villas by taking the necessary precautions to avoid fire or damage to the villa. We have to inform you that during the summer months in Greece, the weather conditions favor the creation of fires and we must be especially careful in any use of fire outside.

 

 

Are VIP Services provided ? 

 

 

We offer our help in a variety of services to make your holidays comfortable and memorable. Transportation, car hire, boarding, helicopter, guide, chef, baby sitter, personal trainer and whatever else interests you, we can provide it at extra cost, by sending us your request. Please do not hesitate to ask for it when you make your reservation in the villa reservation form. Satisfaction of your requests depends on availability and is not always guaranteed. Is internet access available and what is the current trend in your villa? 

 

Internet access is available free of charge via wifi throughout the villa. The current voltage is 220 Volt. If you have 110 Volt devices, you need a transformer.
